We partnered with The WNET Group to create the website and The Count-y Fair, the first game for the Emmy-nominated PBS KIDS series Count On Junebug. Working closely with the WNET team, we built an experience that brings the show’s early math curriculum to life through a bright, playful world full of charm and discovery, with a visual style that blends cartoony characters and environments with rich, photo-realistic textures. The Count-y Fair features a lively fairground overworld and three minigames focused on counting and patterns that invite kids to explore, play, and learn.
Help Antwon load the train!
Players count bugs and place the correct number of riders into each train car before sending it down the tracks. As levels are completed, new train cars appear in the overworld, visually showing the player’s progress.
Follow the pattern to escape the maze!
Players guide June through branching paths by identifying repeating patterns made from natural objects like leaves, acorns, and stones. Choosing the correct sequence leads to the maze exit.
Cece needs help decorating the fair!
Players gather materials, count items, and complete repeating patterns to create festive garlands and flower decorations. Finished decorations appear back in the overworld, gradually transforming the fairgrounds.
The fun goes beyond the main games, with little surprises waiting all across the fair. Rustling clovers, bouncing mushrooms, dancing worms, and glowing fireflies make the world feel alive and give kids even more reasons to click, explore, and play.
Every corner of the fair was designed to feel inviting, playful, and full of personality. Together, the website and game create a joyful introduction to the series that encourages kids to keep exploring and learning.
